How to Figure Out Your Brand Pillars for Easy Content Creation
What are brand pillars? Well, they go by many different names.
Brand pillars, brand buckets, content pillars, content branches, brand topics...whatever you want to call them, they are your best weapon when it comes to content creation. Having your established brand pillars will eliminate the overwhelm of “what to talk about today” or “does this make sense to post?”
So how do you come up with these brand pillars?
You’re going to want to get a blank piece of paper or a white board. Or for you tech lovers, a spreadsheet. Write down all the things that come to mind that encompass your brand. The things you find yourself talking about frequently, the common messages you get, the products you sell, services you offer. What is something you find yourself repeating frequently?
Those are all a good sign that they are what your brand represents and should make up your content pillars.
How many do you need?
I like to keep things simple so I recommend 3-5 different brand pillars. This will give you 3-5 posts a week on social media. Sounds easy enough right?

Some examples for other industries could be:
A fitness company, you can do workouts, share recipes, share your favourite workout products, you can do product reviews, show how you meal prep or even grocery tips.
Think about the things that encompass your brand and stick within that framework.
