How To Repurpose An Instagram Post Into A LinkedIn Post.

Want to start using LinkedIn but don't want to create more content? Oh girl I feel this in my bones.

I personally repurpose a ton of content for my clients for LinkedIn. To be completely honest I could use one of me to repurpose my content for me, one day haha!

So why choose LinkedIn as a part of your repurposing strategy? Well, LinkedIn is a poppin platform for industry professionals! That means if you have a ton of valuable content, or position yourself as the authority in your industry, chances are you are the perfect candidate for repurposing that content to LinkedIn. Especially If your ideal client is hanging out there, that could be a huge platform for you to bring in new leads!

My advice is to write content for your blog first. That way you can own the content, break it into smaller pieces for other social posts like Instagram or Facebook while not having to do any more work. Plus you can link your blogs or anything else on LinkedIn and take advantage of getting traffic to your site.

Hey, I am all about getting as much attention on your content as possible!

Below I am sharing 3 tips that will save you time and easily turn your Instagram captions into LinkedIn posts!

  1. Change the layout. Instagram is more quick, scannable, digestible content where your audience can get a quick win. LinkedIn is usually read on a desktop so you can create more of an article-type layout.

  2. Add links and reference your content. Lead them back to your blog posts that have call to actions on them. Link them to your podcast episodes or free guides to build your email list.

  3. When you are writing your caption, create a LinkedIn version and an Instagram version at the same time so you don’t have to go back and edit it at a later time.Stop saying you don’t have a blog and let us create those valuable posts for you so you can be the authority in your industry and start to build your diary of experience and show your customers what you are all about!

There you have it, a couple of easy ways to get more life out of your content by repurposing it!
