How To Build Your Services For Your Business.
How I built my services at Fresh Life Marketing!
Well, the gurus on Instagram will tell you you need to have everything figured out super quick and easy so you can start making that monayyy.
Me on the other hand. My services took me a year to build.
As I was at my clients VIP day recently we got to the part of services. I said start with an idea of what it would look like to work with you and then build on any ideas that come up. Don’t put any pressure today because they will certainly evolve over time when you start working with clients.
From my own experience with Fresh Life marketing, I found it was easier to create packages based on my client’s needs instead of hypothetically creating what I think they wanted.
I want to share my personal experience of building out my services at Fresh Life in hopes it will help you create yours!
Here’s how I built my packages!
I started out in the beginning by offering Pinterest management but realized no one had their foundations set up and were mainly focusing on growing their other social platforms. This led to me giving them a task list to build content for their blogs, and emails, so they can capture that traffic.
Since I did content repurposing for my personal brand for years (very well by the way.) I realized people were not utilizing this in their content. My content repurposing package was created!
Then a couple of months passed and people were asking for social posts only so they can focus on launching/growing their business. So I started the social package of captions and graphics for Instagram.
About a year in I was meeting more clients with teams that did not need graphics and only the content. Their VA’s we’re taking too much time trying to figure out the content repurposing thing (yes it is a gift, and im damn good at it) so I started the content repurposing package with no graphics.
Then my clients were coming back more usually around a year later. (Which is what my packages are designed to do! Last you a year) they wanted to launch a new branch of their business or double down on the insights I told them about when I was in their content (I’m a projector and can see all the gems you might be missing) so I launched VIP DAYS to help my clients build their content strategy around their new biz or content plan!
The moral of the story. Your packages will evolve, they will change. And they most likely won’t look like they did when they first started! And that’s ok!
